Ronald de Swart:
Expertise in Process Engineering & Project Management
Ronald is a chemical engineer (graduated 1998, Netherlands) with over 25 years of experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries. His career path led him from dairy and pharmaceutical projects in the Netherlands, through eleven years in Norway (petroleum industry, fisheries & quality control), to Germany. Since 2017, he has been leading complex production and laboratory projects in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on precision, efficiency, and process engineering excellence.
Dorothea de Swart:
People at the Heart of Life Sciences
As a registered nurse (graduated in 2003), Dorothea has extensive experience in intensive care, psychiatry, geriatrics, and the care of people with complex support needs in Norway and Germany. This background shapes her understanding of life sciences: placing the whole person at the center.
Today, she supports our projects as a project management assistant and actively drives the integration of modern CAD applications and AI solutions.
